Inside the build
A key architecture decision was keeping platform administration and practice operations separate. A platform user does not automatically inherit access to healthcare-practice data, and practice sessions remain scoped to an authorised practice. That boundary makes the product safer and creates a clearer path for scaling to additional healthcare providers.
